> Currently for configurations it's up to the user to ensure proper calculation of the tserver's memory + in memory map with a variable in there whether or not they're using the native libraries. Instead, I would like to see an accumulo-env.sh variable for tserver memory and then the max java heap space is set with regards to the in memory map size in the accumulo-site.xml and whether or not the libraries are valid. This means the scripts would test the native libraries (both for existance and binary compatibility), and if they are valid, subtracting the in memory map size from the xml from this value, and using that to set the java heap space.
