One more chapter for the Getting Started guide

The Getting Started guide should have one more chapter about macros. It's
been sitting in the review folder for a long time. I'd like to get it added
to the guide so we can really finish the 4.1 guide. I think it needs some
revision to adjust the level of the explanation to be closer to what is
needed for a Getting Started guide. However, macros are inherently an
advanced topic and I'm not in favor of making a 70 page chapter.

Who is interested in helping with this chapter?

I made a few edits over the weekend and I haven't pushed those to the
repository. Please don't use what's in the repository for editing yet.
