   ### What problem does this feature solve?
   
   This feature will update the border color in charts when VisualMapComponent is used. Currently with VisualMapComponent, the color of border is constant for whole serie, regardless of VisualMapComponent color application. Thus, there is a mismatch between the node and border color.
   
   ### What does the proposed API look like?
   
   option = {
     visualMap: [
       {
         inRange: {
           color: ['blue', '#121122', 'red'], 
           borderColor: ['blue', '#121122', 'red'], 
         },
     ]
   };

   I would also benefit from ability to set border color with visualMap. My use case include having both border and fill, but with different transparency.
   
   @JuliaCwynar I don't think we can have separate "color" and "borderColor", because currently it's up to Series model to decide, which of them gets the color.

   But maybe, we could have a third option for "visualDrawType": 'fill', 'stroke' and 'fillAndStroke'. And we would need to have it configurable from the options.
