Handling Get request with Struts

I have more or less clear idea how Struts are handling POST request by 
introducing ActionForm, Action and ActionMapping. I wonder do Struts address or 
recommend a way to handle GET request where important bussiness data are 
incorporated in URL itself.( I mean ?par=value& .......)
