SimpleLoggerContext.stream is never closed

Hi All:

The print stream in SimpleLoggerContext.stream is created but never closed.

I would expect it to be closed when Log4J shutsdown in some way. The PS is
also passed and used in SimpleLogger.

Should this PS be flushed or closed at some point?

If not, some code comments would be nice.
