[PR] Fix DAGResponse JSON serialization [airflow-client-python]

eplanet opened a new pull request, #132:

   I encountered this bug when trying to run:
   
   ```python
   api_response = dag_api.get_dags(limit=5, offset=0)
   for dag in api_response.dags:
       print(dag.to_json())
   ```
   
   This fixes the problem and also uncomment the `DAGResponse` unit test.
