TorqueSecurityService in jakarta-turbine-2 HEAD

Hello All,

I searched the archives but found nothing about TorqueSecurityService
getting removed in the HEAD branch of jakarta-turbine-2

I've been working on writing a turbine-2.4 flavor for the META plugin - but
obviously it won't start without the torque security service (since the
properties are calling for it).

Is there a new de-facto preference of security manager now?

Humm...   Torque is completely optional, and therefore removed from HEAD
of jakarta-turbine-2, and that required the removal as well of the
TorqueSecurityService.   

The de-facto preference of security manager would be the Fulcrum
Security component, especially since it has had a real release (1.0.7).


While there isn't a Torque provider for Fulcrum Security, one would be
most appreciated!  The object model in Fulcrum Security is based
directly on the old Turbine model.
