 I forgot that I modified the srm.conf too. Additionally, I'm an idiot. I
 changed the path names so they were correct and the server fired right up.
 
 Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go shoot myself. Sorry to have wasted
 your time. Chalk it up to a UNIX Apache user too stupid to make the
 transition to Win32.... :(
