[Axis2] Fw: Dispatchers

Should have added [Axis2] to the subject originally.

Well we had to move dispatchers here and there to solve security
(ws-sec) problem. I mean they wanted to dispatch using request uri. I
will update the documents to cope with the changes. I am very sorry for
our problem.
