For the most part it has been finalized. I'm still trying to pin down
MNG-3259, which is the last one targeted. I will try to take a look at
the issues listed below once 3259 is fixed.

Has the 2.0.8 release been finalized yet? I have just submitted a patch
to an issue that is affecting my workflow and I would like it to be
included. If possible, could someone take a look at MNG-3265 [1] and
commit the attached patch? The maven-model Extension.equals() method is
throwing NPEs when any of its fields are not initialized (null).

On a side note, I've also submitted a patch to MNG-3266 that needs
review and submission. This is a minor fix, but I also included another
change to Repository and PluginRepository. They were overriding equals()
and just returning super.equals(). This seems like a workaround for an
old issue. In my testing, I couldn't replicate any behavior that leads
me to believe the overrides are necessary anymore. I would appreciate
any input on the changes.
