Review Comment:
   Escaping pipes inside an inline code span prevents table splitting, but the backslashes will render literally in the documentation (showing `\|\|` instead of `||`). Use HTML entities inside a `<code>` tag (no literal `|` characters) so the table renders correctly while the displayed syntax remains `||`.
   
   This issue also appears on line 668 of the same file.
