Problem in deploying war file
Hello,
I try to deploy the "juddiv3-samples.war".
I type the command "java -jar bootstrap.jar" under
"D:\juddi-tomcat-3.0.3\bin" to deploy this file.
So, a folder named "juddiv3-samples-3.0.3" was created under webapps.
I put it in "D:\juddi-tomcat-3.0.3_faten_v0\webapps"
I get this folowing error:

But, this URL is inaccessible!!!!
Do you have any idea about this problem, please?
