Oozie apache release candidate 3.1.x

Hi folks,

When will be the release candidate of oozie 3.1.x available?
and can I download it from https://github.com/yahoo/oozie/downloads?

We are planning to use 3.1.x in our production system.

We are currently in the process of release. It should be available after we are done with the formal procedure.
It should be available from the apache download page. Please stay tuned for the announcement.
