[jira] [Commented] (CASSANDRA-13148) Systemd support for RPM
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-13148?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16038565#comment-16038565 ]
Tomas Repik commented on CASSANDRA-13148:
-----------------------------------------
You can check the unit file that is already in fedora [1] and adopt it if you'd like. Also do not hesitate to file a bug [2] against the fedora package if you don't like the unit file or anything else about the package.

> Since CASSANDRA-12967 will provide an RPM file, it would be greatly beneficial if this package included systemd startup unit configuration instead of the current traditional init-based, which misbehaves on RHEL7/CentOS7.
