BOOLEANCHAR broken? (Torque 3.0b1; postgresql)

Howdy. BOOLEANCHAR is always inserting false in the DB for me, whereas
BOOLEANINT (against the same code) inserts true when appropriate.
Enabling postgresql's logging indicates that the inserts always insert
'f', whether the variable is set true or otherwise. Anyone else seen
this? Anything I can do to better track down the cause?
