Report of OGC meeting in Delft

Hello all

I just posted on the geospatial mailing list a very partial report of
last OGC meeting:

I see two topics most closely related to Apache SIS:

  * The European Space Agency (ESA) published an extension to
    CF-Convention for Earth Observation (EO) Metadata [1]. This
    extension would fit nicely in SIS by completing the AttributeNames
    class [2], which defines the mapping from NetCDF attributes to ISO
    19115 metadata. If there is a volunteer interested in such task, I
    think it would be a relatively easy way to get hands in this part of
    Apache SIS.
  * We will try to reactivate the GeoAPI group. I will write a Charter
    proposal in the next days.
