Currently theres no documentation here [https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/docs/sql-data-sources-protobuf.md#deploying] for the full range of options available for `from_protobuf`, so users would need to discover these options by reading the scala code directly. Let's update the documentation to include information about these options.
