Reopening the issue as the loadSchema() method doesn't yet play well with LDAP servers that are not ApacheDS.
It works pretty well with ApacheDS but, for example, with OpenLDAP, it fails to load the schema because some syntaxes are not exposed in the SubSchemaSubEntry.
