Where to configure in config.xml to send mails to other inboxes

Hi,

  I struck with the problem where I could not send mails to rediffmail.com or other inboxes. Following is the error message I'm getting. Please tell me the solution

             Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

                 Subject: Hi
                 Sent: 6/17/2005 9:26 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      'narendranath16@rediffmail.com' on 6/17/2005 9:26 AM

                   550 - Requested action not taken: relaying denied
