[jira] Commented: (OFBIZ-169) Changing of tab can change the locale

    [ http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-169?page=comments#action_12429722 ]

Jacopo Cappellato commented on OFBIZ-169:
-----------------------------------------

Well,

my guess is that this is happening because the effort of unifying (in order to share between components) the common labels is still largerly incomplete; the two screens are probably looking at different keys for the same label and for one of them the French word is missing.

You can verify this looking at the label id used in the ftl files of the two pages.

>            Reporter: Boris Lenzinger
>
> How to reproduce:
> ===============
> * set the locale to french (or any other that is not english)
> * open tab "Commande": translated resources are in french
> * click on tab "Contenu"
> --> Translated resources are now in english (for instance "Contenu" changed to "Content"). Click on tab "Order" and then translated resources are again in french
> Expected behavior:
> ===============
> Translated resources should remain in user locale when switching to any tab.
