The example included produces a five page document with force-page-count to odd.
Page number 4 that precedes the 'blank' uses the "last" page master. We should have.
P4 -> "rest"
P5 -> "last"

It appears that this bug actually is a duplicate of bug #42779. Sorry for the
confusion, but thanks anyway for the sample fo file, which we will be able to
use as a test once we fix the problem.
