Close the connection when CatalogSwitchableDataSource fails to switch catalog
getConnection takes a connection out of the pool and then applies the catalog
to it. When getCatalog or setCatalog throws, the method exits with that
connection checked out and unreferenced, so it is never returned. A catalog
that does not exist drains the pool one connection per call.
Close it on the way out with QuietlyCloser, so the original failure is still
what the caller sees.
