There is a bug in 3.0.0 that makes the WADL plugin not applicable to Syncope case (see [this comment|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-5479?focusedCommentId=14019828&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-14019828]), where only interfaces are available under {{syncope-common}}.
