The below percent metric in UI only shows CPU/Memory, we should expose metrics without limiting them to CPU/Memory.
1. 'Absolute Used Capacity' in queue (/ws/v1/partition/default/queues)
2. 'Utilized' in node (/ws/v1/partition/default/nodes)

Code to be improved: [https://github.com/apache/yunikorn-web/blob/master/src/app/services/scheduler/scheduler.service.ts#L372-L387]

This a followup Jira of this [PR|https://github.com/apache/yunikorn-web/pull/146#discussion_r1423571148] discussion. (A new PR will be sumitted once the PR is merged)
