### Describe the enhancement requested
It might be useful to make BinaryOverDictionaryArray class. While types like integers is cheap to unpack from DictionaryArray, unpaking of DictionaryArray with strings or binary isn't cheap: cache misses and memory consumption. It will be inherited from BinaryArray and will realize all it's function, but in lazy manner: for example, when ->GetView() being called, BinaryOverDictionaryArray will return output from ->GetView() on DictionaryArray's dictionary as casted to BinaryArray.
