[jira] [Created] (AMBARI-9564) Add warning if the user tries to install Spark with "HDP 2.2" (warn that it won't work with HDP 2.2.0)

Oleg Nechiporenko created AMBARI-9564:
-----------------------------------------

Summary: Add warning if the user tries to install Spark with "HDP 2.2" (warn that it won't work with HDP 2.2.0)
                 Key: AMBARI-9564
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-9564
             Project: Ambari
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: ambari-web
    Affects Versions: 2.0.0
            Reporter: Oleg Nechiporenko
            Assignee: Oleg Nechiporenko
            Priority: Critical
             Fix For: 2.0.0

HDP 2.2.1 will have Spark in the stack.
As a result, Ambari's stack definition for HDP 2.2 will the updated to include Spark.
However, this causes problems if the cluster is using HDP 2.2.0 for a new cluster install or Add Service > Spark on an existing cluster. Hence, we need to show a warning popup if the user selects Spark.
* If Spark is selected, show "Warning: Spark requires HDP 2.2.1 or later. Attempting to install Spark to a HDP 2.2.0 cluster will fail. Confirm you are using HDP 2.2.1 or later packages. Are you sure you want to proceed?" \[Cancel\] \[Proceed Anyway\]
* Do not show this warning message if the stack is not "HDP" and not version "2.2". For example, if BIGTOP or PHD tries to incorporate Spark, this warning popup should not be shown.
