If I close the only docked toolbar in a particular row or column via the
context menu, an empty row or column is left. This empty row/column disappears
when other toolbars are docked or undocked.
This is the same issue as LibreOffice bug
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36475, which they ahve marked as
an "Easy Hack".

PS can not undo close toolbar, View - Toolbars doesn't leave empty row.

I confirm this bug. Very annoying now that there is the Sidebar with duplicated
commands.
