    Minor fixes correcting some typos, punctuations, grammar.
    Adding more anchors for easy navigation.

    Note, "img/structured-streaming-stream-as-a-table.png" needs to be regenerated; someone changed "new rows appended to **a** unbounded table" to "new rows appended to **an** unbounded table". I failed to regenerate with the same quality.

    Oh nice. It might be a matter of exporting the image at a higher resolution, but I still wouldn't worry if it's just a trivial typo and takes any non-trivial time to figure out. (You can fix and save the PPTX and add that here.)

    Merged to master, and to 2.0 because this fixes a relatively important problem with the display of the code snippets in this doc. I tested the doc changes by hand, note.

    Ah OK I now see the nature of the problem in the original code blocks. Great, that's an important fix. The rest look good. I wouldn't worry about the image just for that; I don't know where the source is. LGTM
