           Summary: [resources] Messages should implement Map
           Product: Commons
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: ErrorMessage
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: Resources
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jmikus@gmail.com

If Messages implemented Map, the messages would be easy to use in JSTL
expresssions like:
  <c:out value='${ALLMESSAGES["heading.logout"]}'/>
where ALLMESSAGES is set up like this:
  msgs = Messages.getMessages("Samples-ApplicationResources");
  session.setAttribute("ALLMESSAGES", msgs);
Show is simple non-localized usage.

Patch will follow. I was focused on get() method, so I stubbed other methods
with exceptions. Methods that imho make sense to implement, are marked with TODO.
