Mail::DKIM

There has been discussion of a DKIM plugin on this list and the latest
SVN now has this but states that it requires Mail::DKIM from CPAN. I
have looked in CPAN, both interactively and searching on the web site
and neither has any knowledge of a Mail::DKIM module. So from where
can this be obtained?
