   @adamsaghy I've rebased this on the latest `develop`. It applied cleanly, and the change compiles and passes spotless and the `fineract-tax` unit tests. In the earlier run, the two API compatibility checks failed while building the **baseline** (`:fineract-provider:resolve` on the base commit), before any comparison ran. So the earlier failures don't look related to this change. The fresh CI run should confirm.
