Weird svn error

I can commit from the roller_2.0 branch just fine, but when I try to 
commit from the trunk I get this:

  bash-3.00$ svn commit -m "Fixed bug that..." 
  svn: Commit failed (details follow):
  svn: MKACTIVITY of 
'/repos/asf/!svn/act/84532907-a2fe-0310-81a5-cdda30eede57':
403 Forbidden (http://svn.apache.org)

Any ideas?
