openbsd problems solved.

Hi,

	I've just solved my problems with mod_dtcl.
The variable TCL_VERSION in the Makefile was set to 8.2, so as i
have installed tcl 8.3.2,i changed it to 8.3  the problem is that
the library is called libtcl83.1.3, so a change to :
TCL_VERSION=83  allowed me to compile and run mod_dtcl.
