[J2] Portal-Site/Menus merged into trunk

Team,

We have merged the Portal-site component, (a.k.a Menus), and some 
related site browser portlet work into the trunk: the MENUS_BRANCH is 
now closed.

Please note that this merge occured after the latest DLS commits, so you 
will have to use the new build process as well to work with this latest 
release.
