## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
HDDS-4319 temporarily switched to a fork of the `aspectj-maven-plugin` due to lack of Java 11 support in the official one. A [newer version](https://github.com/mojohaus/aspectj-maven-plugin/releases/tag/aspectj-maven-plugin-1.14.0) is now available, which adds that missing support. This PR upgrades the plugin, and also AspectJ to match the plugin's expectation.
