GEODE-3261: Refactoring GfshHelpCommands

`GfshHelpCommands` has been split into two new command classes, `GfshHelpCommand` and `GfshHintCommand`. One associated test, `HelperIntegrationTest`, has been updated to reflect this change.
**TESTING STATUS: Precheckin in progress**
