Hi Brad,

You can find the system test from the project cxf-systests package org.apache.cxf.systest.mtom.
I am not the person who implemented MTOM, but I guess you can search Message.MTOM_ENABLED in the CXF whole projects for more information.

Hello,

I am going to be adding DIME support to CXF, after a discussion with  
Dan Diephouse. I was under the impression that MTOM support existed,  
but I'm browsing the source tree right now and I don't seem to be  
able to find it. Can someone direct me to the project / package which  
contains MTOM support?
