> Presently, DUCC job submit provides the ability to wait for job completion before exiting via the --wait_for_completion flag, and to automatically cancel the job when ctrl-C is invoked via the --cancel_job_on_interrupt flag.  In the case where the submit+monitor CLI combination is terminated by, say, kill -9 the job is (unfortunately) not automatically canceled.
