spring xml'ified policy attachments

Hiya,

I'd like to a custom Spring XML wrapper for the ExternalAttachmentProvider
which loads an external WS-Plicy. I'm thinking of reusing the
PolicyReference construct from ws-policy i.e.:

<wsp:PolicyReference URI="my/external/policy.xml" />

Do people think that'd be a legit thing to do? Or should I create a custom
syntax - i.e. <policyImport location="foo.xml"/>
