[PATCH] Remove usernames from .po files
This patch removes user names from some .po files as stated in
www/hacking.html and TRANSLATING . A trivial patch, but as it involves a
change of copyright in ko.po and in the --version message in zh_CN.po
it’s probably best to get clearance first.

www/hacking.html and TRANSLATING.
* subversion/po/de.po
Changed the Last-Translator line.
* subversion/po/ko.po
Changed the copyright holder to Collab Net. Removed “FIRST AUTHOR”
line. Changed the Last-Translator line.
* subversion/po/zh_CN.po
Removed translator info from the --version message.

It’s written this way (“Collab Net”) in TRANSLATING and the other .po
files. But I agree, dropping the space looks more correct to me.

I'm curious... Where do translators get credit? Why there's no "credits"
file somewhere in the tree?
