FreeRDP is now bumping version of master to 3.0.0

FYI - our nightly verify-things-still-compile-against-FreeRDP-master build
is now failing due to the library version having been bumped to 3.0.0 on
master:

This appears to be due to FreeRDP 2.0.0 being officially released as of
2020-04-09. A new "stable-2.0" branch has also been created.

The headers, etc. are now also moved to a different directory (freerdp3
rather than freerdp2). I haven't tried making the needed changes to allow
the build to continue. It may be that things still build as expected.
