Where to put nsapi_redirect.dll???

Hello,

The Tomcat --> Netscape How-to instructions talk about needing the
nsapi_redirect.dll file.  In the directions it states that it is assumed
the the nsapi_redirect.dll is placed in
'd:\tomcat\bin\netscape\nt4\i386\nsapi_redirect.dll'

I am on a solaris 2.6 box and I don't know where to put it.  From the
above example I can't tell whether this is suppose to be in the Tomcat
environment or the Netscape environment.
