Now it ony works for trunk, and we should make it work for all active branches. And also, on github, there is no color for the vote table so it is really hard to find out the +1 and -1, with yetus 0.11.0, we can use emoji to vote, which will be better. And it should be -0 if there are no tests, as for some changes, such as modifying the pom, usually we will not introduce new tests but it is OK.
