Marcel Reutegger reopened OAK-3059:

Re-opening. Davide reported, the baseline plugin now fails on his machine and complains about the cug package. Expected version is 1.3.1, which actually makes sense, given the package didn't have an explicit version set before and is present in 1.3.1. The same is probably true for the lucene score package.
