Matt and Jian,

I think this is the wrong fix. The default Planet is by design supposed to have id "zzz_default_planet_zzz" and handle "default".  And that's what we have in both createdb.vm and 3xx-to-4xx-migration.vm today. The problem is that one place in Roller we incorrectly use "zzz_default_planet_zzz" as the handle.
