/manual more recent than /docs on the website
We should nuke or at least redirect http://tcl.apache.org/rivet/docs/ since http://tcl.apache.org/rivet/manual/ is more recent.

I'd vote to delete the old stuff, too. Add the redirect if you've got
the time, but yeah, get rid of the old stuff.

This is more than I hoped for. I'm still worried that with time passing old
stuff might be left around carrying disorder.
I also would commit and transfer to the website the new manual pages that are
still missing (new additions made by Karl about errors logging and apache table
manipulation).

As we have the httpd config under our control, I guess a simple
redirect that redirects all deep links to /rivet/docs/* to the new top
page /rivet/manual/ should be good enough, don't you think?

I would opt for wiping out the old docs, unless some relevant resource
outside our control is retaining a link to it.
