IBM XML & Web Services DE

I have been using the 'IBM XML & Web Services DE' to publish my services
with no avail. I keep getting 'Publish Unsuccessful' message. I thing it is
because the 'TModel Key"/'Key Name'/'Key Value' attributes in the publish
tab of the Web Services Browser. I used NAICS/Industry/Consulting. Has
anybody experienced the same problem?
