Where is uriworkermap.properties??

Hi all,

I've been using tomcat 3.3.1 (on Windows with IIS) for some time now and
decided 
to upgrade to the latest (4.1.18).

Were can I get these files that were missing from the conf directory: 
uriworkermap.properties 
workers.properties
