Attention JSCookMenu Experts

Apparently there is a bug with JSCookmenu (MYFACES-196).  Marty has
submitted a patch for this several days ago and I haven't heard any
objections.  I'm planning on applying his patch tomorrow (Friday)
unless I hear any objections.  I really don't know anyhing about
cookmenu so I thought I would let people know.
