Delivery Status Notification

Does James Mail Server support Delivery Status Notification?

Hi Mike,
I have been looking around and plenty of people have been asking for
DSN. I am one of them! I have a very busy couple of weeks at work (and
home) and after that I am going to try and get something together.
James is pretty complex so it will take me a while to get used to it
but I'd definitely like to have something done in a couple of
months...

The apache-james-2.3.2 doesn't appear to have the DSNBounce mailet.  How can I 
get a copy and how do I configure/install the mailets?
